During the last twenty years we have been refining the functionality of our Woodturner’s Jacket.

The current version is the pinnacle of refinement as evidenced by resistance to further refinements.

The material is a fine weave cotton/poly blend with a soft hand for comfort and durability.

The fine weave resists holding sawdust.

The inevitable adhesive and finish splatters don’t show as much on dark material compared to light colours.

For safety there are elastic gathers on each side under the arms to pull the jacket against the chest and away from moving machinery and spinning wood.

The short sleeves have a Velcro closure to keep the sleeves close to the arm.

A Velcro closure keeps the cadet style collar close but adjustable around the neck stopping wood debris from finding it’s way onto your clothing and then into the washing machine thereby preserving domestic harmony.

The three pockets across the back minimize wood chip collection yet keep a hone or other frequently used items close to hand.

Pencil pockets on each sleeve do not discriminate left or right handedness.

Fits large to go over the clothes you want to protect.
