Laser System and Guide for Oneway Coring System

This system enables precise setup of the Oneway Coring System, allowing the user to determine where the cutter will finish within ±2mm. To use, mount the Oneway base in front of the wood blank, remove the knife, position the laser with the guide template, and set it to the desired knife. Once aligned, swivel the laser to visualize exactly where the cutter will start and finish. The setup process is quick, simple, and designed to maximize wood utilization.

The example shown features cherry bowls made from a 300mm square, 80mm thick bowl blank, yielding four bowls using one 11.5" cut followed by two 9" knife cuts. The Oneway Coring System is widely regarded as one of the easiest and safest systems to use, thanks to its adjustable support arm that provides stability during cutting. When paired with the laser guide, it significantly reduces waste and improves efficiency, helping the system pay for itself over time.
