I was watching in several YouTube posts how to apply ceramic finishing kit and I decided to apply my projects. I think this is really good for epoxy and wood combination projects but I am sure this may be good for all wood only projects. I need to experiment more to find out the level of sanding, grain type of the wood or how hard or porous the wood is. After mirror sanding and applying some oil finishes to my ash wood project, I applied the ceramic kit and it provided a smooth touch but not mirror like appearance. Nevertheless, I was happy. I believe the level of sanding probably up to 3000 grits and the type of oil finishes will make a big difference. In other project using maple ambrosia tree I applied the ceramic kit after applying two different finishes. One of the piece looked bright, smooth, and mirror appearance but the other had the matte appearance. Overall this is a great product but you have it to find the right way of using for different wood types.

Ordered some hardwood cut to size, had some issues with order but the staff did help me out afterwards and got everything corrected in the end.
