Absolutely gorgeous wood. Surprisingly heavy. Haven’t turned it yet but it will make amazing handles.

I've had this block for around eight weeks now and I love it. High quality, It's been great sanding both flat and contoured surfaces.

The Arariba lumber is working very well to add character to my projects. I will be buying it again.

Simple to use. It's far less tolerant of glove finger marks than the standard oil, so be sure to have a handling rig for it so you can zap it with the UV cleanly.

Ordered on Saturday and received it on Friday. Very well packaged. Tool looks great can't wait to try it out. Finally figured out what Andy Phillip uses for deep hollowing.

I sought advice from one of your staff about polishing a wood/resin charcuterie tray I was making and the sanding pads and your brand finishing oil/wax was recommended. It is the first time I used the pads for polishing and they worked beautifully. Using them with an orbital sander made a big difference. I am finished with the tray now and am very happy with it. Previously I was using a separate oil and separate wax I purchased from Lee 'Valley but your combined product was much better and I will continue to use it. Thanks for the advice!

Jig is beautifully made but minimal instructions allow for a learning curve.
It does take some practice to reach its full potential.

First foray into wood workshop. Awesome, casual, fun, little experience required, added to confidence into fine woodworking. Instructor Jack was the centre of the fantastic experience. In long day, anyone can be guided to turn out a couple planks of fine wood (mine: walnut, birds-eye maple, sitka pine) into a proud personal achievement. Gain hands-on with machines, sanding, glues, finishes, techniques, tips/tricks. Jack patiently and gently led us of varying experience safely through from start to finish. Worth every $. Thanks. Looking forward to a next workshop.
