Black Forest was awesome in providing information on the stain that I was putting on my front door. They are very helpful and very courteous I would buy from them again. They’re just wonderful people to work with.

I have used Osmo 1101 clear on outdoor teak chairs and it stands up well. I haven’t used the 410 yet as I am still working on my diamond willow wood.

I used this finishing oil on a outside maple bar top. It was entirely exposed to the sun and elements. It says in the instructions that it's meant for vertical surfaces. I used it on the vertical parts and the horizontal (flat) surfaces. It worked perfect on the vertical surfaces and after a year it still looks good. The horizontal parts did indeed weather and the finish didn't last on the horizontal areas. I'll have to try something else for those surfaces. Overall the product did what it said it can do and the instructions pre-warned me to know what to expect. My experimentation continues!
