This machine is powered by a robust 2 HP motor, delivering consistent torque and reliable performance for smooth, accurate cutting even in demanding applications. The parallelogram table adjustment system ensures precise alignment and easy height adjustments, keeping the infeed and outfeed tables parallel to the cutterhead throughout their range of motion for superior accuracy and reduced setup time.

A spiral cutterhead significantly reduces operating noise—up to 50% quieter than a conventional straight-knife cutterhead—while also producing a smoother surface finish and extending cutting edge life. The precision-ground cast-iron tables provide exceptional stability and flatness, minimizing vibration and ensuring consistent results over long workpieces.

The machine is supported by a one-piece welded cabinet stand, designed for rigidity and durability. An integrated 4-inch dust chute allows for direct connection to a dust collection system, helping keep the workspace clean and improving visibility during operation. The lever-actuated infeed table, complete with a lock handle, allows for quick, effortless height adjustments while maintaining secure positioning during use.

For accurate setup and repeatability, a graduated scale on the fence provides clear measurement references. The fence angle is easily adjusted using a sliding bar T-handle, which both controls the angle and locks it securely with a single motion. Positive stops at 45° and 90° enable fast, accurate positioning for common cutting angles.

Safety is enhanced with a magnetic safety switch, which helps prevent accidental startups after power interruptions. The machine also includes two safety push blocks, allowing the operator to maintain proper control of the workpiece while keeping hands safely away from the cutterhead.
