Wood Carving Course

Doug is very thorough. Would have been nice to have more time carving as the weekly class seemed very discussion heavy.

I didn’t participate as I had conflicts with work travel. I didn’t qualify for a refund or credit, so I asked if it could be lid forward to someone else. I hope that worked out and that they enjoyed it.

This course is designed for the beginner and also to build on the existing skills of a more experienced carver. In this series of carving sessions, you will gain a solid foundation as you learn from Brad Thomas - an accomplished carver. Four projects will be carved: a mask, a tree, a tree with a background and a wild rose; more advanced projects are also available. These projects will build your skills for relief, sculpting and detail carving. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to learn how to carve! The fee includes a rental of a carving set.
