Fabulous intro into furniture building

I took the workshop over one weekend in Feb 2024 and ended with a completed table at the end. Having no experience with power tools, Brad and Dylan lead me through the safety and operation of almost every tool in their shop. We also got to choose our own wood, joint and plane it for working. Great experience and highly recommended.

Coffee Table Workshop

The two day workshop with Dylan and Brad is exceptional. The scope and sequence of theory, process and fabrication is thorough, planned and delivered for the inexperienced, yet also informative and fortifying for those with experience. Out of the gate, the detailed plans allow all participants to visualize individual components easily, layout and working lengths also clear and professionally drawn, with a multitude of views. Every aspect of the scope and sequence is supported with theory of wood and movement, joinery best practices and sanding. All machinery and tools used are very clearly explained and expertly guided during use; entirely supportive of novice learners and complimentary for those a little more experienced. The working environment is excellent, spacious and well-equipped. ANY level of woodworker would benefit from this workshop, whether it be a springboard for the new woodworker, the experienced hobbyist to the woodshop teacher!

Great workshop

Brad and Dylan are a great instructor duo. Start with wood selection. Jointing and planing. Then cutting and gluing. Put a crown joint in the legs and skirt. Sand. Assemble. Not prior experience assumed although best to have a bit of power tool use.
