Nice Durable Finish

Great product. Easy to apply. No odour which is nice. I did have to strain it first as the product had settled. That was the only downfall as you lose some product. You also need to stir a lot. It can also leave slight milky streaks if you apply to much at once but is easily brushed or rolled out. Used it on a cabinet next to a range and it has performed very well with lots of cleaning. Nice matte finish but does have a minimal sheen. Haven't notice finger prints as it suggest above and it is over a dark flat paint.

Flat Out Flat is a self-crosslinking water-based topcoat that mimics the lustrous look and feel of wax.

The increased matting agents used to create "flat look" cause this wood finish to have less clarity, show fingerprints more and provide slightly less durability than High Performance.

Please note that during the colder months, water based finishes, unlike oil based finishes, are subject to freezing during shipping and may not be usable afterwards.

While being able to handle a “slush” like freeze, they can not recover from total solidification.
