I have only done one pour so far using this. Mold but have been happy with the result up to now.
The reusable resin/epoxy form works well, but with the first attempt at making a river charcuterie board I had a lot of trouble getting the finished board out of the tray. On the second I used a spray “release agent” and that worked a lot better in terms of getting the board to release from the mould. There still was a bit of hammering with a rubber mallet involved but it was a lot better by using the release agent. Also need to emphasize how important it is to clamp your work down with “F” clamps on the proper length of cauls that have been covered with the appropriate non-stick tape such as (tuck tape) otherwise your piece will float upwards if resin gets underneath.
