unfortunately didnt work as expected

I used it exactly as directed. I applied it on my exterior backyard press wood stairs (as i had already done my front porch by sanding). I still had greyed and weathered damage spots and had to use the sander. Maybe its not as efficient on that type of wood? I appreciate that it is biodegradable and environmental friendly. Thank you for following up
